WASHINGTON – Georgetown University's women's and men's cross country teams traveled to Madison, Wisconsin to compete in the Nuttycombe Invitational amidst a stacked field. The women finished third in the Championship race, while the men finished 23rd out of 36 teams.

No. 11 WOMEN SHINE IN MADISON– (3rd, 208 points) 6,000-meters
- In a dense field that included four of the top five ranked teams (No.1 NC State, No. 2 North Arizona, No. 4 Notre Dame, and No. 5 Stanford) and eight of the top ten, the Hoyas placed third.
- All-American Chloe Scrimgeour led the Hoyas, finishing seventh overall.
- Two-time All-American Melissa Riggins was not far behind, finishing 15th.
- All five Georgetown point scorers finished in the top 75.

MEN RUN HARD (23rd, 572 points) – 8,000-meters
- The men were led by Parker Stokes, who finished 41st with a 24:03.2 finish
- Junior Matthew Rizzo also finished in the top 100, 54th overall.
