Tucker Dordevic Named 2023 Tewaaraton Award Finalist

WASHINGTON – Georgetown University's Tucker Dordevic was named one of five finalists for the prestigious Tewaaraton Award, as announced by the Tewaaraton Foundation on Thursday. The Tewaaraton Award is recognized as the preeminent lacrosse award, annually honoring the top male and female college lacrosse player in the United States.
 
Dordevic is just the fourth Hoya to be selected as a Tewaaraton Award Finalist, joining standouts Jake Carraway (B'20, M'21), Steve Dusseau (C'02) and Brodie Merrill (C'05) on the list.

The Tewaaraton recipient will be chosen at the conclusion of the 2023 college lacrosse season by selection committees comprised of premier college coaches who are appointed annually by the Tewaaraton Foundation. The Finalists will be honored and this year's recipient announced live June 1 at the Tewaaraton Ceremony at the University Club of Washington, D.C.
