WASHINGTON – The Georgetown University women's rowing team competed at the Henley Women's Regatta in Henley-on-Thames, UK last weekend.
"It has been an exciting trip to the UK thus far with plenty of meters and racing on the Thames," said Head Coach
Kendall Mulligan. "The Henley Women's Regatta provided a top notch experience for members of the openweight and lightweight programs to have an international racing experience against crews from the United Kingdom, United States, the Netherlands and more. The opportunity to travel to the UK and race has provided critical development for our returning student-athletes and a bucket list worthy experience for our recently graduated seniors. We are looking forward to what's ahead in the days to come with the open 8+ racing at the Henley Royal Regatta next week."
