WASHINGTON – Georgetown University's Director of Track & Field / Cross Country Alton McKenzie announced the addition of Devin Clark and Kaisha Weeks, who will both serve as assistant coaches with the track & field / cross country programs. Clark and Weeks both bring a wealth of success, both as standout athletes in the sport of track & field, as well as coaching success.

DEVIN CLARK, ASSISTANT COACH
Devin Clark comes to the Hilltop after a season as an assistant track & field coach at the University of Tulsa during the 2022-23 season.
Clark landed at Tulsa following one season as a graduate assistant coach at Northern Arizona.
Before that, Clark had an illustrious collegiate distance career at the University of Arkansas. Clark was a part of a Razorback women's program that completed the triple crown of NCAA titles in 2019, winning the cross country, indoor and outdoor track national championships.
Clark earned All-America honors three seasons in the 3,000-meter steeplechase. As a freshman in 2016, Clark raced to All-America honors and set the American junior record in the steeplechase with 9:49.25 at the national meet. She also claimed All-America honors in 2018 and 2019. Clark was also a member of the distance medley relay team that earned All-America accolades in 2016 and 2019 for the Razorbacks.
In cross country, Clark was a First Team All-SEC performer in 2016 and 2019 and earned second team honors in 2015, while also being named to the SEC All-Freshman Team that same season.
At Smithson Valley (Texas) High School, Clark was a 12-time state medalist in the 3,200-meter run (4), 1,600-meter run (4) and cross country (4). She was the Texas Class 6A state champion in cross country in 2014, while setting a course record. Clark earned prep All-America honors in 2013 and 2014 and placed just outside the top 10 at the Nike Cross Country National Championships as a senior.
Clark earned both her bachelor's and master's degree in recreation and sport management from Arkansas.
KAISHA WEEKS, ASSISTANT COACH
Kaisha Weeks begins her first season at Georgetown after spending the 2023 track & field season as the associate head coach of the Bethune-Cookman program. Weeks was previously at the University of Evansville, where she served as associate head track & field coach for a brief stint ahead of the 2022-23 campaign before accepting the job with the Wildcats.
Prior to her time at Evansville, Weeks was the assistant track & field coach for hurdles and jumps and recruiting coordinator at Xavier University in Louisiana. Weeks started at Xavier ahead of the 2019-20 season and during her tenure, Weeks coached seven NAIA national qualifiers and three NAIA All-Americans, while helping the Gold Nuggets to back-to-back women's track & field conference championships. Weeks also helped the Xavier men to a conference title.
Prior to her time at Xavier, Weeks was the track & field head coach at Oviedo High School in Florida, where she helped guide the boys' program to the 4x800-meter state championship. She also served as an assistant coach at her alma mater, Lake Brantley High School in Florida.
Weeks was a standout performer in her own right at Southern University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, earning a spot in Southern's Sports Hall of Fame in 2017. A 2007 graduate with a degree in communications, Weeks was a seven-time Southwestern Athletic Conference track & field champion in hurdles, sprints, relays and javelin. She was also a four-time NCAA regional qualifier in the 100-meter hurdles, and was All-Louisiana in 2006 in both the 100-meter hurdles and 4x100-meter relay.
