Hoyas Compete in Virginia Invitational

WASHINGTON – Georgetown University's women's and men's cross country teams competed in the Virginia Invitational this Saturday morning. The No. 12 women's team finished fifth behind an impressive second-place finish from All-American Chloe Scrimgeour. Two-time All-American Parker Stokes led the men's team in its second outing of the season.
 
 
 No. 12 WOMEN CONTINUE TO COMPETE (5th, 204 points) – 5,000-meters  
 
 
MEN HANG TOUGH (22nd, 494 points) – 8,000-meters  
 
 
  
UP NEXT
 
Both squads will compete again next Saturday in the Paul Short Run. The meet will be hosted by Lehigh in Bethlehem, Pa.
