Trio of Hoyas Earn BIG EAST Weekly Honors

WASHINGTON – Three Georgetown University men's lacrosse players earned BIG EAST Weekly honors, as announced by the league office on Monday. Graham Bundy Jr. was named the BIG EAST Offensive Player of the Week, Anderson Moore was the BIG EAST Freshman of the Week and James Ball earned a spot on the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll.

Bundy scored four goals - on five total shots - to go with two assists in a 12-9 win at No. 18/19 Penn to give the Hoyas their first win of the year. He passed former Hoya All-American Scott Urick ('00) for seventh place all-time in career points with 184.

Moore collected 12 saves and added three ground balls against the Quakers. It was the first win of his collegiate career between the pipes.

Ball won 17 of 23 (.739) faceoffs and collected a game-high nine ground balls at Penn. He won the first nine faceoffs of the game, including all six in the first quarter.
