WASHINGTON – Georgetown University's men's track & field program traveled to Boston University this Saturday to compete in the Scarlet and White Invitational.
The outing featured outstanding performances across the board, including a victory in the 800m for
Tim McInerney and a new personal best in the mile for
Abel Teffra.

- Tim McInerney took the 800m, winning his second race of the season after taking the 600m on January 19. He won the 800m with a new personal best 1:47.56 finish.
- In the mile, Abel Teffra set a new personal best with his 3:56.33 time, finishing 10th overall and second in his heat. His time is now the third best in Georgetown history. Competing alongside him, Camden Gilmore's 13th place 3:57.23 finish is fourth-best in Georgetown's history and Parker Stokes' 15th place 3:57.31 time is now fifth best.
- Jackson Barna finished seventh with a 2:27.09 time in the 1000m.
