Indianapolis, Ind. - The Georgetown University men's swimming & diving team captured its third consecutive BIG EAST Championship with 859.5 points after holding off the Xavier Musketeers (764 points) in the 2024 BIG EAST Championships, presented by Jeep. The women's team finished third with 1163 points.

I'm so proud of the women for winning their first relay gold and for the guys for getting their third championship win. HOYA HIGHLIGHTS
- Jack Januario started the evening off with a third-place finish in the 1650 free with a time of 15:25.90.
- Shaun Kronenwetter captured a second-place finish in the 100 free with a time of 44.52.
- In the 200 backstroke, John McEachern earned third with a time of 1:48.52.
- Erin Hood captured her third first-place finish of the week in the 200 breaststroke with a time of 2:13.10.
- In the men's 1m dive, Nico Santiago (319.20) took second while Hriday Parekh (302.80) finished third.
- The women's 400 free relay team made Georgetown history by earning the first-ever relay win for the women while also setting a new program record with a time of 3:22.68.
- In the 200 breaststroke, Ansen Meyer (1:59.72) and Stephen Kim (2:00.28) went third and fourth.
- The men's 400 free relay team captured third with a time of 2:59.51.
- Januario was voted Co-Most Outstanding Swimmer of the Year alongside Providence's Will Layden.
- Santiago was voted Co-Most Outstanding Diver of the Year alongside Villanova's Nick Jubilee.
- Jacob Miner was named Men's Diving Coach of the Year.
- Jack Leavitt along with assistant coaches Sam Milligan and Ceallach Gibbons were named Men's Coaching Staff of the Year.
