WASHINGTON – Georgetown University's men's lacrosse team released its 2026 schedule as announced by Head Coach Kevin Warne on Wednesday. The 2026 slate features five home games and five consecutive contests against teams that made the 2025 NCAA Tournament.
 
A pair of preseason scrimmages at home against Navy and Maryland set the tone for another ambitious slate for the Hoyas.
 
Georgetown opens the 2026 season on the road at Loyola on January 31 before returning to the Hilltop for the home opener against Johns Hopkins on February 7. Back-to-back road games against Penn and Notre Dame on February 14 and February 22, respectively, and welcoming Ohio State to the Nation's Capital on February 28 close out an opening month that has the Blue & Gray facing a pair of NCAA tournament teams from a year ago.
 
The Hoyas open March with three-straight games against teams that made the NCAA postseason last year. Georgetown travels to face Richmond on March 7 before hosting UAlbany under the lights at Cooper Field on March 10 leading to a road trip at Syracuse on March 22 to close out nonconference play.
 
A trip to the Rocky Mountains against BIG EAST rival Denver on March 28 opens league play as the Hoyas eye an unprecedented eighth-straight conference championship. The Blue & Gray then travels to Providence on April 4 before back-to-back home games against Marquette on April 11 and St. John's on April 18. Georgetown wraps up the regular season on the road at Villanova on April 24 at night.
 
The 2026 BIG EAST Men's Lacrosse Championship, presented by JEEP is set for April 30-May 2 at Providence. Georgetown has won the last seven BIG EAST Tournament crowns, including winning the 2021 crown at PC's Chapey Field at Anderson Stadium in the Ocean State.
