WASHINGTON – The Georgetown University men's and women's tennis teams return to action for three matches. The women's squad will travel to Providence, Rhode Island on Saturday for a BIG EAST matchup with the Friars before closing out the weekend in Storrs on Sunday to face UConn in another conference matchup. The men's team will travel to University Park, Pennsylvania to face Penn State.

· Men's tennis will take on the Penn State Nittany Lions at 1 p.m. on February 16. The match will be played at the Indoor Tennis Center in University Park, Pennsylvania. A link for the live stream and live stats for this match will be available at GUHoyas.com.
· Women's tennis will travel to Providence, Rhode Island to take on the Providence College Friars in a BIG EAST matchup on Saturday, February 15 at 4:00 p.m. before traveling to Storrs, Connecticut on Sunday, February 16 to take on the UConn Huskies at 10 a.m..
ABOUT GEORGETOWN MEN'S TENNIS | 3-4, 1-1 in BIG EAST
· The Blue & Gray are coming off a 2-1 weekend in West Point that featured wins against Army and Marquette.
· GU defeated the Army Black Knights on Friday by a score of 4-2 with Jake Fellows, Akira Morgenstern, James O'Sullivan, Sahil Morey and Jacob Mann all picking up singles wins for the Hoyas.
· The Blue & Gray closed out the weekend at West Point, 2-1, by powering its way to a 4-1 win over Marquette this past Sunday. The duos of Fellows/Arthur O'Sullivan and Morgenstern/Adhvyte Sharma picked up doubles wins, while Sharma, James O'Sullivan, Mann, Morgenstern and Arthur O'Sullivan picked up singles wins.
· Sharma/Morgenstern were named the BIG EAST Doubles Team of the Week, as announced by the league office on Monday. This honor comes after a 3-0 week for the duo in West Point.
ABOUT GEORGETOWN WOMEN'S TENNIS | 3-2, 1-1 in BIG EAST
· The Hoyas are coming off of a 1-1 weekend in West Point that featured its first conference win of the season over Marquette 4-2.
· The Blue & Gray picked up four singles wins, with Emily Novikov, Paige Gilbert, Natasha Kavarana , and Molly Evans all securing wins.
· The duo of Puzak/Gilbert also picked up a win in doubles.
