WASHINGTON – Following a 10-day hiatus, the Georgetown University's men's lacrosse team returns to action to host High Point in nonconference action on Saturday. The 12th-ranked Hoyas return to the friendly confines of Cooper Field for the first time since February 22.

- The Hoyas are ranked No. 12 in both the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association Coaches Poll and the KANE Inside Lacrosse Media Poll after five weeks of action.

- Defensively, Plath has been credited with 14 caused turnovers on the season while Banks and Foley both have nine.

- In goal, Moore has played all but 1:58 on the year and boasts an 8.21 goals-against average with a .563 save percentage and 63 saves.
Scouting High Point
- The Panthers (3-4) are coming off an 18-7 win against Queens (N.C.) to snap a three-game losing streak.
- Justin Wixted leads High Point with 26 points (10G, 16A) while Owen Bunten has 20 points (19G, 1A).
- Defensively, James Westbrooks has been credited with nine caused turnovers.
- Lucca Accardo has taken the lion's share of faceoffs for the Panthers, having won 82-of-140 (.586) this season and collecting 62 ground balls.
- In goal, Zack Overend has started the last five games, posting a 10.85 GAA to go with a .504 save percentage and 67 saves.
Series History
- Georgetown and High Point have played four times before with the Hoyas owning a 3-1 series lead.
- The Hoyas have won the last three meetings, including a 14-8 victory in North Carolina a year ago. Aidan Carroll led the Blue & Gray with four goals in the win.
