WASHINGTON – Following a 10-day hiatus, the Georgetown University's men's lacrosse team returns to action to host High Point in nonconference action on Saturday. The 12th-ranked Hoyas return to the friendly confines of Cooper Field for the first time since February 22.

• Saturday's game is set for a noon opening faceoff and will be shown on the BIG EAST Digital Network available on FloSports Presented by Invesco QQQ with Jeremy Huber calling the action.

• The Hoyas are ranked No. 12 in both the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association Coaches Poll and the KANE Inside Lacrosse Media Poll after five weeks of action.
• Georgetown is coming off a 12-7 road victory at UAlbany on March 5.
• Aidan Carroll led the Hoyas against the Bears with five goals and an assist, becoming the 31st player in program history to reach 100 career points.
• Anderson Moore collected 14 saves, tied for his second most all-time, and led all players with a career-high eight ground balls.

• Fulton Bayman added two goals and two assists against the Great Danes while James Carroll, Owen Horning and Kevin Miller each tallied a goal and an assist.
• Defensively, Robert Plath was credited with a career high four caused turnovers while Seamus Foley added two. Aidan Carroll had five ground balls while Ty Banks and James Carroll both had four.

• On the season, Carroll leads the Hoyas with 24 points (15G, 9A) while Bayman has 19 (11G, 8A) and Joe Cesare adds 10 (9G, 1A). Jordan Wray (3G, 4A) and Miller (6G, 1A) both have seven points on the year.
• Defensively, Plath has been credited with 14 caused turnovers on the season while Banks and Foley both have nine.
• Ross Prince has won 50-of-86 (.581) faceoffs on the season to pace the Blue & Gray.
• In goal, Moore has played all but 1:58 on the year and boasts an 8.21 goals-against average with a .563 save percentage and 63 saves. 

Scouting High Point

• The Panthers (3-4) are coming off an 18-7 win against Queens (N.C.) to snap a three-game losing streak.
• Justin Wixted leads High Point with 26 points (10G, 16A) while Owen Bunten has 20 points (19G, 1A).
• Defensively, James Westbrooks has been credited with nine caused turnovers.
• Lucca Accardo has taken the lion's share of faceoffs for the Panthers, having won 82-of-140 (.586) this season and collecting 62 ground balls.
• In goal, Zack Overend has started the last five games, posting a 10.85 GAA to go with a .504 save percentage and 67 saves.

Series History

• Georgetown and High Point have played four times before with the Hoyas owning a 3-1 series lead.
• The Hoyas have won the last three meetings, including a 14-8 victory in North Carolina a year ago. Aidan Carroll led the Blue & Gray with four goals in the win.
