Box Score COLLEGE PARK, Md. – The Georgetown University baseball team dropped Tuesday's contest at Maryland 14-7. With the loss, GU slides to 7-14 on the season while the Terrapins improve to 11-10.
ON THE RECORD
"I thought the ball game was really competitive for the first six innings when it was tied 7-7 going into the back part of the game. They came out after and scored those five runs and unfortunately we really had no answer after that. I? was really happy to see Ashton Seymore get his first career home run. Kavi Caster and Blake Schaaf had a good day for us as well. We need to get better stops here moving forward. They're a good team and they're well coached. We look forward to getting back out there this weekend." - Head Coach Edwin Thompson
