WASHINGTON – Georgetown University's track & field program wrapped up day two at the NCAA East First Round in Jacksonville, Florida. The day was highlighted by Chloe Scrimgeour punching her ticket to the 2025 Outdoor Track & Field Championships in Eugene, Oregon in the women's 10,000m and Charlotte Tomkinson earning a spot in the quarterfinals for the women's 1500m.

Georgetown Women's Results
- Women's 1500 Prelims: Tomkinson clocked a time of 4:13.89, finishing fourth in heat three and placing ninth overall. Tomkinson's performance earned her an automatic spot in Saturday's final.
- Women's 400 Prelims: Rebecca Ochan ran a 53.25 in the event, a mark just shy of qualifying for the next round.
- Women's 10,000: Scrimgeour delivered an impressive performance, finishing in 32:45.60 to take fourth place and secure her spot for a title opportunity in Eugene, Oregon.
