WASHINGTON – Six members of the Georgetown University track & field programs have been named to the 2025 Academic All-District Men's and Women's Track & Field Teams, as announced by College Sports Communicators. The honor recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their outstanding performances both athletically and academically. To be eligible, student-athletes must be at least a sophomore, enrolled at their current institution, and have a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher, including transfer students using prior academic records if in their first semester.

Representing the Hoyas on this year's list are Nicholas Medeiros, Abel Teffra, Rebecca Ochan, Charlotte Tomkinson, Melissa Riggins, and Almi Nerurkar.

Four Hoyas, Teffra, Ochan, Tomkinson, and Riggins, were also named CSC Academic All-America finalists and will advance to the national ballot for further consideration by CSC members.
