WASHINGTON – Georgetown University baseball's Ashton Seymore was named to the BIG EAST weekly honor roll, as announced by the league office in New York on Monday. The honor marks the Blue & Gray's 11th recognition from the league and Seymore's first nod this season. 

ASHTON SEYMORE (SOPHOMORE / CHICAGO, Ill.) - BIG EAST HONOR ROLL

• Seymore batted .571 (8-for-14) with five runs scored, seven RBI, two doubles, two home runs and three walks in a 3-1 week for the Hoyas.
• The Chicago, Illinois native helped lead Georgetown to a series victory over Creighton.
• This is Seymore's first accolade from the league this season and first in his career.
