WASHINGTON –  The Georgetown University women's lacrosse squad announced its 2021 fall schedule on Wednesday. The Hoyas will play on three dates with three all-day events.

The first full day of games is slated for Saturday, Oct. 9 when the Hoyas will host a tournament at Cooper Field. GU will play Delaware at 11 a.m., Drexel at 1:30 p.m. and George Mason at 2:45 p.m. in the event. Other games include George Mason vs. Drexel at 12:15 p.m..

On Saturday, Oct. 16 GU will face three teams at James Madison University. The Hoyas will play Richmond on a grass field at 10 a.m., James Madison on a turf field at 11:15 a.m. and Virginia Tech on a turf field at 12:30 p.m..  

The following weekend, the Blue & Gray will travel to the University of Maryland for three games on Sunday, Oct. 24.  GU will play the host Terrapins at 10 a.m., The University of Virginia at noon and St. Josephs at 2:00 p.m..

Georgetown finished the 2021 season with an appearance in the BIG EAST conference tournament semi-finals.
