WASHINGTON – Georgetown University men's basketball sophomore center
Qudus Wahab has been selected to the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll, as announced by the league office on Monday. The accolade recognizes his performance in a 1-1 week for the Blue & Gray where the Hoyas faced a pair of ranked opponents on the road, downing No. 15 Creighton 86-79 on Wednesday and falling short 84-74 at No. 3 Villanova on Sunday.

- The sophomore averaged 14.5 ppg and 7.5 rpg while shooting 65.0 percent from the floor (13-for-20).
- He tied his career high as he poured in 17 points at No. 3 Villanova on Sunday.
- His 7.5 rpg was tied for the team-best with senior Jamorko Pickett.
- For the season, Wahab is averaging 12.1 ppg and 7.8 rpg.
- This is the first nod to the honor roll of Wahab's career and the fourth of the season for Georgetown.
