WASHINGTON – Georgetown University's men's lacrosse team released its 2023 schedule, presented by MedStar Health, as announced by Head Coach
Kevin Warne on Tuesday.
- A pair of preseason scrimmages at Maryland and at home against Virginia set the tone for an ambitious schedule.
- Georgetown opens the 2023 campaign on the road, traveling to Johns Hopkins on February 11 before hosting Penn and Notre Dame on February 18 and February 25, respectively.
- The Hoyas travel to Princeton for a showdown with the Tigers on March 4, followed by a home game against Richmond on March 11 and a game against High Point at a site to be determined.
- A three-game homestand beginning with Lehigh on March 25 leads into the opening of BIG EAST play against Denver on April 1 and Providence on April 8.
- The Hoyas close out their road schedule over the next two weeks, traveling to Marquette on April 15, at Loyola in the lone midweek game of the season on April 18 and at St. John's on April 22.
- The final regular season game of the year will be on April 28 as the Hoyas host Villanova under the lights at Cooper Field.
- Marquette will host the 2023 BIG EAST Men's Lacrosse Championships, presented by JEEP. Semifinals will take place on May 4 with the championship game being played on May 6 in Milwaukee.
