WASHINGTON – Georgetown University sophomore Emma Gebhardt was named the BIG EAST Attacker of the Week on Monday as announced by the league. Gebhardt was honored for her performance in the Blue & Gray's 1-1 week against No. 7 Loyola Maryland (L, 15-10) and Monmouth (W, 18-16).

• Gebhardt doubled her goals this season after scoring a program record of 10 goals and 12 points in a single game against Monmouth. The sophomore is now tied for fourth in the NCAA in single-game goal records.
