WASHINGTON – The Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) has recognized Georgetown as one of 289 schools to earn academic squad honors across all divisions for the 2023 season. Additionally, eight Hoyas were named to the IWLCA Academic Honor Roll.
The IWLCA honored 941 student-athletes from 96 different institutions on the 2023 IWLCA Division I Academic Honor Roll. To be eligible for this honor, student-athletes must be a junior, senior, or graduate student and have earned a cumulative academic GPA of 3.50 or greater.

Emily Gaven earned the honor for a second consecutive year.
For academic squad honors, the Hoyas were included on the Academic Honors Squad for posting a 3.40 team GPA, which surpassed the criteria for the award.
