Eight Hoyas Earn All-BIG EAST Postseason Honors

WASHINGTON – Eight members of the Georgetown women's lacrosse team earned All-BIG EAST honors, as announced by the league office on Wednesday. The Hoyas were well represented across both postseason lists, securing four spots on the All-BIG EAST First Team and four on the Second Team.

Anne McGovern – Jr. | A | Kings Park, N.Y. – All-BIG EAST First Team (Unanimous)

Anne McGovern led the Georgetown offense throughout the season and ranked third in the BIG EAST in assists per game with 1.50. Her 59 total points placed her fourth in the conference and secured her a spot among the top 85 players nationally in total scoring. She was one of only eight players in the conference to be selected to the First Team by a unanimous vote. McGovern finished the regular season as the team leader in both total shots and points per game.

Gracie Driggs – Sr. | A | Annapolis, Md. – All-BIG EAST First Team

Gracie Driggs was a standout at the circle, recording 63 draw controls to rank among the top possession specialists in the BIG EAST. The senior also led Georgetown with 37 goals and recorded 13 assists, 11 ground balls, and two caused turnovers. The Annapolis native finished the regular season with a team-high three game-winning goals.

Amanda Brille – Jr. | D | Bethesda, Md. – All-BIG EAST First Team

Amanda Brille anchored the Hoya defense, finishing second on the team with 25 ground balls and 37 draw controls. The junior defender was a constant presence in the backline, starting all 16 games and consistently neutralizing top conference attackers. Brille also added nine caused turnovers to her defensive stat line during the regular season.

Reagan Ziegler – Jr. | M | Hixson, Tenn. – All-BIG EAST First Team

Reagan Ziegler provided a consistent offensive spark for the Hoyas, finishing the regular season with 17 goals. She displayed remarkable accuracy by recording a 100% shot-on-goal rate in five separate contests, highlighted by a season-high four-goal performance against Butler. Ziegler also contributed 14 ground balls and 13 caused turnovers while starting every game for the Blue & Gray.

Sophia Loschert – So. | A | Summit, N.J. – All-BIG EAST Second Team

Sophia Loschert emerged as a high-volume scoring threat and finished the season with 32 goals and five assists for 37 total points. She led the Hoya starters with a .716 shot-on-goal percentage and was effective across the field with 13 ground balls and 10 caused turnovers. Loschert also contributed 11 draw controls.

Molly Davies – Fr. | A | Summit, N.J. – All-BIG EAST Second Team
Molly Davies made an immediate impact during her freshman campaign, recording 24 goals and 13 assists for 37 points. The standout freshman appeared in all 16 games and finished tied for first on the team with three game-winning goals. She also added seven ground balls and five caused turnovers to her impressive rookie statistics.

Kendall Steer – Sr. | D | Lutherville, Md. – All-BIG EAST Second Team

Kendall Steer provided a veteran physical presence for a Georgetown defense that ranked in the top 25 nationally in scoring margin. She led the team with 26 ground balls. Steer started every game for the Hoyas, serving as a cornerstone of the team's defensive unit.

Leah Warehime – Gr. | GK | Finksburg, Md. – All-BIG EAST Second Team

Leah Warehime was one of the premier goalkeepers in the country, ranking second in the BIG EAST with a .484 save percentage. She also ranked third in the conference in both goals-against average and total saves, recording 118 stops on the year. Warehime logged over 914 minutes in the cage to anchor a defensive effort that secured 11 wins for the Hoyas.
