Kevin Warne has announced that graduate student
Aidan Carroll was named as the team captain for the 2025 campaign. Carroll has been selected as captain for the Hoyas for the second-straight season.
"It's an honor to be elected captain for the 2024-25 season," Carroll said. "Throughout my time at Georgetown, I've had the privilege of learning from incredible teammates, past and present, whose dedication and drive have set an incredible standard for this program. As we move forward, we are committed to building on that legacy. I look forward to the road ahead and everything this group will accomplish. GATA."
"I cannot think of a better leader, mentor, teammate and person to lead our 2025 team than
Aidan Carroll," said Warne. "Aidan has had a tremendous journey here at Georgetown since he stepped on campus as a freshman. He has been in every role that each of his teammates are in and now, and as a returning fifth year player was voted by all of them to provide leadership to this group. I am very excited to see him take this role and help this group strive to reach their potential."
