WASHINGTON – The Georgetown women's lacrosse team (2-3) will return home to take on University of Delaware (4-1) on Saturday, March 2. The first draw is set for 3 p.m. at Cooper Field.

About the Hoyas

• After dropping a tight content 10-9 to No 15. Johns Hopkins on Wednesday, the Hoyas will be looking to get back in the win column. 
• Emma Gebhardt leads the Hoyas offense with 15 points and 12 goals. Kylie Hazen has been a key factor in generating scoring with a team best nine assists. 
• Lily Athanas and Gracie Driggs command the circle for the Hoyas with 18 draw controls each. 
• Athanas also leads the Hoyas with 10 ground balls and seven caused turnovers. 

About the Blue Hens

• Delaware is coming off of a decisive 18-4 victory over Kent State last Sunday at Delaware Stadium. 
• Riley Gillin leads the Blue Hen's offense with 20 points (8 G, 12A).
• Two Blue Hens have recorded double-digit draw controls with Sam Schelling holding a team best 21 and Danielle Livornese with 12.
• Madison Hranicka paces the defense with 19 caused turnovers and 20 ground balls.
